This is how the entire frame is assembled. First you need to install the rear racks plumb. If they cannot be fixed to the walls, then using corners we attach them to the ceiling and floor.

The bars can be connected using shaped cutouts, but fastening with corners is the most convenient.

It is better to mark under the shelves using a hydraulic level. Of course, you can use a regular level, but it is more difficult to achieve horizontality with it. Assembling the base for the shelves is similar to assembling the main frame.

After the frame is completely assembled, you need to sew up the shelves. For this you can use chipboards or MDF, but shelves made of boards look more aesthetically pleasing. Simple planks of small thickness are suitable, which are screwed to the frame with self-tapping screws.

1. Take dimensions and draw a sketch.
2. Make a template for cutting the board.
3. Cut the required number of boards of the same length.
4. For each door, prepare three bars: two of the same length and one corresponding to the diagonal doorway. This is the frame of the future door, shaped like the letter Z.
5. Place the frame on a flat surface and lay the clapboard on top. If all dimensions match, you can begin assembly.
6. First you need to screw the outer boards.
7. All subsequent planks must be tightly screwed to the horizontal and diagonal beam.

To make the door, you can use MDF boards, which will simplify the task. It is necessary to take accurate measurements and cut the slab to size. You can do this yourself, but it is better to order cutting from a special service with a lamination service for the ends.

The next stage is installing hinges and hanging the door.

To install the hinges correctly, you must first fix them on the doors, and then make markings on the racks.

Having made preliminary markings, you need to cut through the wood with a chisel. The depth of the cavity should be sufficient to recess the metal part of the hinge. Then you should remove the remaining chips with a chisel. Recesses that are too deep will make it difficult to open the door.

Then you need to place the loop in the resulting hole and secure it with self-tapping screws. It is more convenient to first assemble such a structure on the door, and then screw it onto the cabinet.

After assembly, it is necessary to eliminate distortions using special adjustable bolts. After completing the door installation, you should attach the handles.

Procedure for installing small cabinets

	Horizontal parts are usually fixed with screws to vertical posts by using metal corners, mounted on the underside of a horizontal beam. It is not necessary to use more complex connections, for example, tapping, under these conditions.
	If for some reason there is no long beam that will fit the entire height of the balcony, then the frame can also be assembled from shorter sections, fixed alternately on top of each other. In this case, vertical and horizontal structural parts are mounted simultaneously. Such a frame assembly system is acceptable if the prefabricated frame is mounted on the wall. If one of the sides of the frame is free, then it is necessary to use a solid beam for it.
	The next step is to attach the shelves to the frame. They can consist of boards, tightly laid side by side and screwed flush to the beam with self-tapping screws, or of plywood 10-12 mm thick. The edges of the boards or plywood should be well processed with a router.
	Next, doors for the cabinet are made. Their size is calculated after measuring the cabinet doorway, taking into account the installation of hinges. If you plan to install two doors that will fit together when closing the cabinet, their size is determined at the same time, and they are adjusted to each other by fitting. Sometimes the door leaf is made like a blind - this option looks quite aesthetically pleasing and original. How door trim is done using this technique will be described below.
	Doors can be assembled from boards fixed to the frame vertically or horizontally, or inserted into it using the tongue-and-groove principle. Another, simpler option is to use special plastic or metal furniture corners, which are fixed with ordinary self-tapping screws.

The guides are installed at a distance in width from each other, corresponding to the width of the base (platform) of the router, and their length limits the size of the groove cut for installing the lamellas. As you can see in the photo, cuts are made on the fixing bars, allowing you to move the workpiece to the required distance, and then secure it while the groove is milled. In order not to spoil the main part of the frame, it is necessary to carry out test milling on a section of any timber and thus make sure that the device is installed correctly.
	When the grooves for installing the lamellas have been completely selected, all elements of the frame must be processed with a grinding machine, placing sandpaper on it with a grit of No. 400, and then 600 ÷ 800. If you don’t have a sander, you can do this work manually by attaching sandpaper to a piece of wood. The next step is to assemble all the parts into a single structure using wood glue. After the entire door is assembled, it is tightened with clamps until the glue dries completely.
	The final stage of work is painting the door in the chosen color. It is best to carry out this process using a spray gun - this way the paint will lie evenly over the entire surface of the product.
