Keramoizol consumption per sq. m. LLC 'Alliance-New Technologies'. Main varieties of Keramoizol

On modern market materials for thermal insulation, new, more promising technologies are emerging, which are gradually replacing old materials in the field of thermal insulation. In return traditional materials: polystyrene foam, mineral wool, foam styrene, etc., liquid heat insulator KERAMOIZOL is used - energy-saving paint developed by the inventors of Ukraine! Manufacturer: SEVSNAB LLC, Severodonetsk, Lugansk region. Keramoizol is an environmentally friendly and absolutely safe for human health, fireproof heat-insulating material that does not require complex installation And preparatory work, different in a simple way applications and long term service (i.e. durability).

Liquid thermal insulation KERAMOIZOL is a thin (paste-like) mass of grayish color, which consists of small ceramic (hollow microspheres) balls filled inside with an inert gas, the size of the microspheres reaches 50 microns in a binder acrylic polymer. Keramoizol allows air molecules to pass through but does not allow water molecules to pass through – i.e. after applying keramoizol to any surface, a protective film coating that “breathes” and at the same time serves as waterproofing (does not allow moisture to pass through). The applied coating of Keramoizol reflects almost the entire heat flux of the rays - ceramic balls, when applied to the surface, are distributed in a checkerboard pattern and form a vacuum layer that contributes to the high thermal insulation of the material. Therefore, we obtain low thermal conductivity of Keramoizol (up to 70 percent of incident rays are reflected, up to 95% of infrared rays are scattered), and therefore heat is retained inside the room, and also in the summer the room is protected from excessive overheating of the walls and roof.

Scope of application of KERAMOIZOL

1.As thermal insulation material in housing construction: floors, walls, slopes, ceilings, roofing, balconies, facades, plumbing and sewer pipes and much more.
2. The presence of latex in KERAMOIZOL provides very low water absorption capacity - this allows the use of KERAMOIZOL as a waterproofing agent.
Simplicity and ease of working with KERAMOIZOL, and most importantly the possibility of applying it in all hard to reach places, and at the same time he has the most high performance in terms of thermal insulation properties and with its inherent properties as a waterproofing agent - they put KERAMOIZOL in a leading place in the modern construction market among heat-insulating materials!

Another important advantage of KERAMOIZOL is that after applying a liquid heat insulator to the facade, the facade can be painted in any color and at the same time applying paint Keramoizol does not affect the effectiveness of the coating, which means your home will not only be beautiful from the outside, but will also be insulated with high quality without attracting health hazards building materials. After applying the liquid heat insulator to the surface and after it has completely dried, you can use any finishing material: paint (acrylic), plaster, brick, gluing drywall, gluing wallpaper, pouring screeds, gluing tiles and much more. Keramoizol protects your room from the formation of condensation in indoors (i.e. from the formation of mold and mildew), will eliminate freezing thin walls(using a liquid heat insulator, move the “dew point” back).

Using KERAMOIZOL on walls and roofs with outside the penetration of heat flow into the room is reduced by up to 45% - which is not unimportant in the summer, we will spend much less energy to cool the premises.

3. In the field of heat power engineering and communications (including thermal insulation for heating pipes, water supply, shut-off valves, tanks and various containers etc.). Now, for thermal insulation, for example, different types pipelines and tanks (containers) for storing various liquids, oils, chemicals, polyurethane foam materials, polystyrene foam, isolon, mineral wool. This method of pipeline insulation pollutes environment, and most importantly, it is very dangerous for human health (since when heated, these materials evaporate very harmful substances for our body). The service life of such materials is not long and after almost a year or two, the insulation system using such materials under the influence of precipitation and temperature changes becomes unusable (the coating loses thermal insulation properties) and requires constant repairs.
For protection and thermal insulation of various pipelines and containers, and especially for the protection of structures with high operating temperature(up to 220°C), as practice shows, it is advisable to use liquid heat insulator KERAMOIZOL. Keramoizol can withstand both high temperature and low, good adhesion to almost all materials (except polyethylene) when applied to the surface allows it to become an almost universal and irreplaceable material as a hydro- and thermal insulation coating in the field of thermal power engineering.
An important advantage is that Keramoizol is very light and easy to apply on surfaces of any configuration and complexity - it’s almost enough to have a brush, roller or simple sprayer and you can easily apply a coating of Keramoizol even in the most inaccessible areas.

Cost savings

1. Reducing the cost of work on applying a heat insulator (since you need to apply one material instead of several and due to the ease of working with the material).
2. Reduced costs for subsequent repairs of pipeline insulation after the expiration of the warranty period (there is no need to remove old damaged insulation and carry out preparatory work on pipe insulation).

3. Reducing costs for storing thermal energy in pipelines, steam boilers, in pipelines central heating etc. – Keramoizol has very high thermal insulation characteristics and contributes to the complete thermal insulation of steam boilers, pipelines, transitions and valves in the most inaccessible places.

4. Keramozol can be used for application even on the directly hot surface of pipelines - to carry out thermal insulation work without stopping the operation of the steam boiler or heating network as a whole.

5. Reducing the costs associated with the installation of thermal insulation, since the use of Keramoizol will lead to a significant reduction in the technological operations required for thermal insulation using the old method.

6. In the event of an accident, a significant reduction in the time required to search for a fistula, rupture or pipeline leak when it occurs emergency situations, and hence a reduction in the cost of carrying out repair work(there is no dismantling of old insulation and installation new insulation not required).

Application method

Liquid thermal insulation KERAMOIZOL is packaged in buckets with a capacity of 1 l., 5 l., 10 l., 20 l. already absolutely ready for application (you just need to stir without using a mixer or drill). Apply KERAMOIZOL to a previously prepared (primed) surface using a brush, roller, paint brush, etc. in one or two layers, depending on the thickness of the required thermal insulation. For instructions, see the FILES section on the website teplota.com.ua.
1. Temperature during operation of the applied liquid heat insulator is from -50 to +220 °C. The surface temperature at the time of application of the liquid heat insulator can range from plus five degrees to plus ninety degrees.
2. The thickness of the first layer of KERAMOIZOL application is from 0.3 mm to 0.5 mm, drying of one layer of KERAMOIZOL occurs after 24 hours at t = +22 degrees, if the ambient temperature is higher, then the drying time is reduced.
3. Keramoizol consumption when applied in one layer = 1 liter of Keramoizol is consumed per 1 m2 with a coating thickness of 1.0 mm.
4. The service life is more than 2 years.

1.6. The composition is applied to a grease-free, dry surface, cleaned of dust, rust, scale, grease and other contaminants at an ambient temperature from +5°c to +50°c and relative humidity air not higher than 75%, subject to compliance with GOST 12.3.035 using means personal protection. Before applying the coating, the metal surface must be degreased and free from greasy stains and divorces. Complete removal of rust from the surface is not necessary; the coating contains metal corrosion inhibitors.
It is enough that the metal surface does not have rust layers. The maximum surface temperature on which the composition is applied is not higher than +90°C. When working in wet areas For normal polymerization of the coating, it is necessary to ensure intensive ventilation of the premises; if necessary, use heat guns or fans. Before use, and it is necessary to mix until the entire mass reaches a homogeneous consistency (the composition is extremely hygroscopic; water can be added no more than 5% of the total volume) and mix thoroughly.

1.7. Single layer coating thickness applied to metal bases of pipelines and equipment should not exceed 0.5 mm The thickness of the layer applied to concrete or brick bases is no more than 1 mm to avoid drips and slipping.

1.8. Composition reapply no earlier than after 24 hours, only after the previous layer of coating has completely dried. Cost rate and for concrete and brick bases, taking into account the absorbing properties of the base, it depends on the quality of the base - from 1 to 1.3 l/m² of surface when covering with a layer of 1.3 mm The consumption of the composition when applied to metal surfaces with a coating thickness of 1 mm is 1 l/m².

1.9. The manufacturer guarantees that the composition meets the requirements technical specifications subject to proper fulfillment of the conditions of transportation, storage and use.

1.10. Warranty period work – at least 7 years from the date of application.

1.11. Practical advice from the use of a composition on a water-soluble basis:

1.11.1 Spray guns are the best for industrial coating applications. high pressure manufactured by Wagner (Germany) - the Finish type, and the length of the high-pressure hose should not be more than 10-15 meters. Experience with the use of the 7000 atomizer shows the insufficient reliability of the membrane of this device. To apply the coating, it is possible to use conventional pneumatic spray guns, but in this case its original hole must be increased to 1.4-2 mm. A smaller hole in the initial nozzle of the spray gun, due to the high viscosity of the coating, significantly reduces productivity and allows the air flow to knock the coating off the surface, and also requires stronger dilution with water, which in turn leads to rapid stratification of the product. Too large a diameter leads to uneven application and large drips. When using any of the listed types of equipment, the quality of the coating will depend on the experience of the operator who operates this equipment . The thickness of the first coating layer should be approximately 0.3 mm and is a primer. The next layer can be applied only after complete polymerization (complete drying) of the previous layer, which takes place at +20°C for approximately 6-12 hours. Possible application on hot surfaces (+90°C), and the polymerization time of the applied layer is significantly reduced. The coating is not paint, but primarily a heat-insulating coating, so there is no need to be afraid of the unevenness of the first applied layers.

1.11.2 Before starting work, it is necessary to mix thoroughly. It's best to do this electric drill with a nozzle at medium speed. At high speed possible destruction of microspheres, which are the basis of thermal insulation. If a crust has formed on the surface during storage, it is necessary to break it with translational movements up and down, including a drill, until the surface is covered with the liquid that was below.

The surface to be insulated must be degreased. To do this, you can use gasoline, solvents, and kerosene. Before use, you must wait until they are completely dry. Metal surfaces that are insulated must be cleaned of dust, dirt, exfoliated old paint and the like. It is allowed to use the coating according to metal surfaces, which have a small (up to 50 microns) layer of rust. Visible rust cakes should be removed. The thickness of the layer that is applied at a time should not exceed 0.5-1.0 mm, in order to avoid drips, swelling, and peeling. The first layer that is applied is a primer. Drying time for one layer of coating is at least 12 hours at a temperature of 20°C. As the temperature increases, the drying time decreases; with a decrease, the drying time increases. Upon completion of work using water-based paint, equipment must be rinsed with water.

2.Transportation and storage.

2.1. When transporting, loading, and unloading the composition, measures must be taken to ensure the integrity of the packaging.

2.2. Water-based composition in winter period must be stored in a packaged state in a closed, specially designated room at a distance of at least 1 m from heating devices at a temperature of +5°C to +40°C.

When frozen, the material completely loses its thermal insulation properties, so transportation is possible only at above-zero temperatures. (+3°C and above)

2.3. Guaranteed shelf life is 12 months from the date of manufacture.

3. Security requirements.

3.1. Coating " " is a fire and explosion safe product. According to GOST 12.1.044 it belongs to the group of highly combustible materials. When extinguishing fires, foam, sand, water, and powder are used.

3.2. During use, workers must be provided with special clothing in accordance with GOST 27574, GOST 27575, rubber gloves in accordance with GOST 20010, anti-aerosol masks of the FA type and personal respiratory protection equipment ShB-1 “Lepestok” in accordance with GOST 12.4.028, safety glasses in accordance with GOST 12.4.013, shoes in accordance with GOST 12.4.162. When working in enclosed spaces, ventilation must be provided.

3.3. If it gets on the skin, wash it off with soap and water; if it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water. During storage, it does not release harmful substances into the environment in quantities that exceed the maximum permissible concentrations. The material does not form toxic compounds in air and water in the presence of other substances.

Must be stored in specially designated areas in compliance with the “Rules” fire safety at the Fire Safety Rules in Ukraine”, which are provided regulatory documents for thermal insulation materials.

When assessing the heat loss of a house, the heat loss through the roof and walls of the house is first calculated. For better heat retention, an additional layer of thermal insulation is widely used. This allows, with greater thermal protection, to reduce the volume of concrete, brick, wood and other building materials, significantly reducing the weight and load of structures. Thermal insulation provides a comfortable microclimate in the house and saves money on heating.

High-quality thermal insulation must have low coefficient thermal conductivity and moisture absorption, be non-flammable, strong enough, easy to machine.

Based on modern scientific achievements and high technologies for reliable protection KERAMOIZOL liquid polymer insulation has been developed to protect against heat loss, corrosion and waterproofing of materials and structures.

KERAMOIZOL is a liquid-paste mass consisting of hollow ceramic balls with a diameter of up to 100 microns, interconnected by a structured acrylic polymer and dispersed polysiloxane. High filling level polymer material hollow microspheres filled with inert gas makes KERAMOIZOL a material with extremely low thermal conductivity. KERAMOIZOL coating is capable of reflecting up to 75% of light rays incident on it and scattering 95% infrared radiation. At the same time, the binder of the KERAMOIZOL coating (polymerized film) is able to “breathe” - allow steam molecules to pass through and not water molecules to pass through. KERAMOIZOL is chemically and biologically stable, has good hydrophobicity. It contains inhibitors that prevent the formation of corrosion. KERAMOIZOL successfully passed tests, was certified, was awarded a diploma at a competition in March 2006, and in the same year serial production of products began according to TU UV.2.7-24.6-32396113-001:2006.

The liquid thermal insulation coating KERAMOIZOL, in accordance with the specifications for its production, is intended for thermal, hydro- and noise insulation of foundations and walls of buildings, metal and other structures and structures for various purposes, as well as pipelines, heating mains, vans, tanks, thermal cars of railway transport. KERAMOIZOL, having adhesion comparable to paint and varnish products on acrylic or water based, applied to steel, brick, concrete and wooden surfaces. If necessary, it is possible to apply KERAMOIZOL to plastics, with the exception of polyethylene. Using liquid thermal insulation KERAMOIZOL can be simpler and more profitable than constructing thermal insulation with polystyrene foam or stone wool slabs, or constructing a heat-waterproofing layer using roofing felt and foil. KERAMOIZOL is effective in protecting metal pipes from condensate corrosion, while getting rid of freezing, temperature changes and the formation of fungus on the walls.

KERAMOIZOL is a safe to use, environmentally friendly and fireproof thermal insulation material (non-flammable). Application of KERAMOIZOL coating is possible on surfaces with temperatures up to +90°C. After the paint heat-insulating layer has dried (polymerization of its structure), KERAMOIZOL forms an elastic-resistant film. The thickness of the paint layer is determined by the needs for thermal insulation and can range from 0.5 to 3.5 mm.

The KERAMOIZOL coating is resistant to frost down to -50°C, however, given that the substance that binds the ceramic balls is a water-based dispersion, KERAMOIZOL cannot be stored and transported at low temperatures. After freezing in liquid form (before application to the protected surface and complete drying), the heat-insulating balls are destroyed and KERAMOIZOL loses its heat-insulating properties. To carry out work in conditions of negative temperatures, KERAMOIZOL was developed on a varnish basis.

The manufacturer's warranty for KERAMOIZOL is 7 years (provided that the temperature of its transportation and storage is not lower than +5°C).

In the absence of mechanical damage, the service life of the KERAMOIZOL coating is unlimited.

Preparation and application of KERAMOIZOL thermal insulation coating:

It is allowed to apply liquid polymer coating KERAMOIZOL on surfaces whose temperature is not lower than +5°C and not higher than +90°C.

The coating is produced and supplied almost ready for use in containers of 5 and 10 liters. After opening the KERAMOIZOL can, mix thoroughly. To do this, immerse the thickened top part material into the liquid and slowly begin stirring the contents of the jar. To avoid destruction of ceramic balls, do not use high rotation speeds of a drill with an attachment. Continue stirring until a homogeneous paint and varnish composition is formed. Before painting, the surface must be cleaned of dust, dirt, oil or rust. It is recommended to moisten the absorbent surface with water. To apply KERAMOIZOL you can use brushes, rollers, a spray gun, or a high-pressure sprayer. When using a spray gun or sprayer, it is necessary to pass the prepared (mixed) KERAMOIZOL through the filter. Slight dilution of the KERAMOIZOL polymer coating with water is allowed (10 - 15% of the solution volume).

To avoid drips, the layer thickness per coat should not exceed 0.5 mm. The calculated consumption for KERAMOIZOL thermal insulation with a thickness of 0.5 mm is 1 liter per 2 m2. The time for complete drying (polymerization) of one layer at a temperature of 20°C is 24 hours.

The following safety precautions should be observed during the painting process:

ventilate closed spaces;

when hit liquid coating rinse eyes with water.

After finishing work, the tool should be washed with water for further use.

WE OFFER TO YOUR ATTENTION A HIGH-TECH POLYMINAL HEAT-SAVING COMPOSITION “KERAMOIZOL” USING NANOTECHNOLOGY

Minimizing or reducing heat loss from liquids heat-insulating paints has a significant difference in understanding the mechanism of insulation of buildings. New generation insulation using nanotechnology " Keramoizol“and its energy-saving properties are explained by the fact that this paint is an optical system that is capable of reflecting heat, since “ Keramoizol“in its physical composition it contains a huge number of hollow bodies (spherical).

At the same time, energy-saving paint has the lowest emissivity than materials that are at the moment exist on the market of energy-saving building materials.

Liquid energy-saving paint has a film, the role of which is to reflect heat, that is, to return the flow of heat that leaves the room, and the surface treated with energy-saving paint is able to emit much less heat.

Thanks to such abilities as hydrophobicity and reduced vapor permeability resistance of energy-saving paint, the surface on which Keramoizol is applied is under the thinnest film and dries in a very short time, providing the greatest thermal resistance. In this case, a process occurs in which no energy is used solar heat, in which moisture would evaporate from the surface layer, and the structure itself would heat up.

As the results of monitoring for the presence of moisture content on structures that are coated with energy-saving paints show: the volume of moisture on the walls of the building reaches the so-called equilibrium state, that is, by reducing the moisture content, the thermal resistance of the walls has increased by 10%.

The energy-saving efficiency of using Keramoizol energy-saving paint directly depends on the initial thermal resistance of the wall, the season (time of year), the specific location where the structure is located, the density of its development and the number of clear days. The value can reach 45%.

"KERAMOIZOL" - excellent protection from the sun

As studies have shown, throughout the entire period of use of the Keramoizol energy-saving layer, the surface is capable of reflecting more than 90% of solar energy.

Heat penetration into the room can be reduced several times when using Keramoizol. And this, in turn, increases the level of comfort for the people who are in this room and, as a result, significantly reduces the cost of air conditioning this building.

Using energy-saving paint on surfaces such as oil pipelines and chemical compounds(volatile), terminals, tanks and other surfaces, it is possible to significantly reduce the temperature of the contents, as well as the degree of evaporation.

KERAMOIZOL. What is he like?

Energy saving paint " KERAMOIZOL“- this is absolutely new look thermal insulation using nanotechnology, which was developed by Ukrainian inventors. Thermal insulation material makes it very easy insulation work residential, industrial, social and budget buildings and structures, as well as metal elements and structures, perfectly protects against condensation, freezing or overheating, heat loss of pipelines for various purposes, against condensation - metal surfaces, slopes, suitable as a sealant for houses made of wooden log house. To achieve the desired effect Keramoizol It is enough to apply a thickness of 1 to 2 mm. You can find reviews on keramoizol and videos by following the appropriate links.

Included Keramoizol includes hollow ceramic microspheres and fillers, which allow the coating to be durable, fireproof, and also distributed as evenly as possible over the surface. This composition gives Keramoizol the properties of reflective thermal insulation, i.e. the material works like a two-way mirror.

Where did this idea come from?

This technology was developed for the American space shuttle rockets several decades ago. Since classical bulky materials turned out to be unsuitable for space developments, scientists were forced to look for new technologies that, with a small thickness, could provide significant protection from thermal, sound and radiation waves. It was this idea that was taken as a basis.

But KERAMOIZOL– this is a completely Ukrainian product, which is protected by a patent for an invention; all materials and components, as well as production, are Ukrainian.

Energy-saving paint "Keramoizol" is an environmentally friendly product, it has passed all tests. It can be diluted (diluted) with water, which will allow you to work with ceramic insulation in the room being treated without additional ventilation. You can also use Keramoizol with a varnish base (it is advisable to use it in the winter season with air temperatures less than +5 ° C).

Energy-saving paint is used during its application process in the same way as regular paint, usually in two or three layers using a brush or roller, spray gun, spray on all types of surfaces (the exception is polyethylene).

The coating layer of energy-saving paint should be no less than 0.5 mm thick. The consumption rate of keramoizol for a coating layer is 1 liter per 2 square meters.

Drying and polymerization continues after 24 hours, after which finishing materials can be applied (putty, paint, treated with other finishing materials). After complete drying, the energy-saving material works without losing its properties. physical properties in the temperature range, which ranges from -50 °C to + 220 °C, but there is also a special high-temperature composition that can maintain its properties up to a temperature of +700 °C.

Thermal insulating coating "KERAMOIZOL" belongs to the low-flammability group B1, the non-flammable group RP1, the low-flammability group G1 with the smoke-generating ability of group D2 (moderate).

« Keramoizol“it is transported in containers that are hermetically sealed, and the consistency of the material in the container is already ready for use. In case of thickening, the suspension must be diluted with water (water), or acetone, or acetate-based solvents for varnish (no more than 15% of the original volume) solution.

In addition to high thermal insulation characteristics The new film coating has excellent soundproofing properties.

The color of the coating is grey/white, but it can be changed by adding coloring fillers.

« Keramoizol“designed for thermal insulation of industrial, administrative, communal buildings and structures with a wide variety of shapes, internal as well as external walls/surfaces of structures and buildings (concrete, brick, ceramics, wood), foundations, vehicles, steam pipelines, hot water, water heating equipment for boiler houses; roofs of refrigerated trucks, hangars, oil pipelines and oil tanks.

This material protects elements of steel profile structures used in construction from the formation of condensation on their surface and protects them from corrosion.

It is characterized by excellent adhesion (adhesion to the surface) to steel (at least 0.6 MPa), plastics (with the exception of polyethylene), concrete (at least 1 MPa), and brick. When coatings with a thickness of 3 mm are used, in equipment buildings (pumping, compressor rooms, etc.) the possibility of condensation forming on the walls is eliminated.

Using it in residential areas also prevents the formation of condensation and fungal colonies on walls, floors and ceilings. And energy costs for heating the premises in the cold season are reduced by no less than 30%.

« Keramoizol“– frost-resistant (up to -50 ° C), which allows it to be used as thermal and waterproofing freezers, while the labor costs for creating the coating are significantly lower than when forming a thermal insulation layer with foam boards and waterproofing made of roofing felt and foil.

We care about product quality, each batch of products undergoes careful control.

That is why, if the application technology is followed, the buyer receives a guarantee from the manufacturer 7 years old.

Supplied packaging - plastic buckets of 5 and 10 liters. The price is indicated without VAT.

Keramoizol

Insulation

Keramoizol - thermal insulation of the 21st century

We bring to your attention a thermal insulation coating that is a breakthrough in the field of thermal insulation. Today, more and more often in industrial and civil construction, liquid thermal insulation materials are used as insulation, which in their characteristics are superior to classical ones (mineral wool boards, polyurethane foam, etc.).

Thermal insulation coating "Keramoizol" according to TU U V.2.7-24.6-32396113-001:2006 is intended for thermal insulation of industrial and municipal pipeline structures of any form of complexity for external and internal surfaces, buildings, foundations.

The coating operates at operating temperatures from -50C 0 to +220C 0 and is a gray liquid suspension on a silicone-acrylic base. At the request of the customer, the color can be changed in any direction.

The suspension is low-flammable, under the influence of an open flame it forms a smoldering effect with the release of smoke, which is based on the release of CO, NO2, which prevent the formation and spread of flame.

The coating has good adhesion to steel, plastics, concrete, and brick. There is absolutely no adhesion to polyethylene. The coating binder is a molecular sieve that allows steam molecules to pass through and not water molecules to pass through, so the polymerized coating film “breathes.” When using a 1mm thick coating in equipment rooms (compressor rooms, pump chambers, etc.), the formation of condensation on the walls is completely eliminated. When used in residential premises, the formation of condensation and fungal formations on the walls is also eliminated, and energy costs for heating the room in the cold season are reduced by at least 30%.

The coating has good hydrophobicity, chemical and biological resistance.

The coating contains corrosion inhibitors, which prevent the formation of corrosion, and cover metal surfaces with a protective phosphate film.

Due to the high degree of filling of the polymer material with hollow glass microspheres filled with an inert gas, the coating has low thermal conductivity, a high ability to reflect 75% of incident light rays and scatter up to 95% of infrared radiation. These properties contribute to excellent heat retention in rooms when used as a heat-insulating coating for walls and prevent heating of the roof surface from solar radiation when applying it to a surface.

The coating has good frost resistance (up to -50C 0), which allows it to be used as thermal insulation for freezers, while reducing labor costs for constructing a thermal insulation layer of foam boards and a waterproofing layer of roofing felt and foil.

TECHNOLOGY

coating "KERAMOIZOL"

The Keramoizol coating is a liquid paste-like mass of gray color (the color can be changed at the customer’s request), consisting of hollow glass beads up to 100 microns in size and a binder - structured acrylic polymer and dispersed polysiloxane.

Since the binder is an aqueous dispersion, the Keramoizol coating is resistant to freezing.

WHEN FREEZING, THE COATING LOSES ITS PROPERTIES!

The coating can be applied on surfaces with temperatures from +5 o C to +90 o C.

Storage and transportation must be at a temperature not lower than +5 o C.

Procedure for working with Keramoizol coating

1. Before starting work, the coating should be thoroughly mixed. This is best done with an electric drill with an attachment at medium speed.

At high speeds of the electric drill, the destruction of glass beads, which are the basis of thermal insulation, is possible.

1.1. Uncork the container in which the Keramoizol coating is packaged.

1.2. Take an electric drill and insert the attachment into the chuck.

1.3. If a crust has formed on the surface, destroy it with a drill with an attachment, without turning on the drill, with forward and downward movements until the surface is covered with liquid.

1.4. Turn on the drill at medium speed (250-300 rpm) and thoroughly mix the contents of the container until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

2. Method of application

2.1. Before applying the Keramoizol coating, the surface should be degreased in any way. When using solvents, you must wait until they dry completely. Metal surfaces to be insulated must be free of dust, dirt, and peeling old paint. It is allowed to use the coating on metal surfaces that have a small (up to 50 µm) layer of rust. Visible rust cakes should be removed.

2.2. Before applying the Keramoizol coating, absorbent surfaces (concrete, plaster, brick, etc.) should be moistened with water.

2.3. The thickness of the layer applied at a time should not exceed 0.5 mm to avoid swelling, drips, and peeling.

The first layer applied is a primer.

2.4. The drying time of one layer of coating is at least 12 hours at a temperature of 20 o C. As the temperature decreases, the drying time increases, and with increasing temperature it decreases.

2.5. The coating is applied with a sprayer, a brush with soft but not long bristles, or a roller large diameter with a hard foam surface up to 10mm thick.

2.6. After finishing work on applying the Keramoizol coating, the equipment should be washed with clean water.

3. Safety precautions

3.1. Keramoizol coating is a safe product.

3.2.When working with the sprayer, you must use a protective respirator and goggles.

3.3. When working in enclosed spaces, ensure ventilation.

3.4. In case of contact with skin, rinse with water.

3.5. In case of contact with eyes, rinse them with plenty of water.

3.6. When spilling the coating, use any absorbent material.

The product has been tested and is currently being mass-produced according to

TU U V2.7-24.6-32396113-001:2006.

The composition of the material is patented - Ukrainian patent UA 17435 u.

The trademark “Keramoizol” is registered, certificate No. m2006 00047 dated 01/03/2006.

Thermal insulation coating "Keramoizol" is intended for heat, hydro, noise insulation of structures and communications for industrial and municipal purposes of any form of complexity, for external and internal surfaces. In the initial state it is a liquid, cream-like suspension of gray color. Can be painted in any color at the request of the customer. After polymerization, it forms a strong, fairly elastic film, the thickness of which (0.5 - 3.5 mm) is selected based on the requirements for the object. Can be applied with a brush, roller, air or airless spray gun. Has good adhesion to all known building and structural materials (except polyethylene). The ability to apply any geometric shape to a surface is an undeniable advantage over traditional heat-insulating materials. According to its heat-saving effect, the Keramoizol layer is 1mm equivalent to a layer of mineral wool thick 5cm.

Similar materials have been known abroad for a long time and have been successfully used. They are also offered on the Ukrainian market, such as Moutrical (Russia), Thermal-Coat(USA), THERMO-SHIELD(USA - Germany). The materials are good, but the price is much higher than the price of Keramoizol.

Practical use of our material has shown its high consumer qualities. For example, when insulating end wall corner apartment standard panel house With a layer of 0.8 mm, wall freezing and mold formation were completely eliminated. January 2006 was especially indicative in this regard. when the outside temperature dropped to -29° WITH, - the apartment was warm. There are other examples of the use of Keramoizol, when the use of other types of insulation was impossible or difficult.

“Keramoizol” can also be used as an anti-corrosion coating; it contains corrosion inhibitors that suppress and prevent corrosion when the material is applied to a metal surface.

Keramoizol’s ability to reflect and dissipate up to 95% of the thermal radiation incident on it will be indispensable when protecting objects from overheating in the summer (for example, containers with fuels and lubricants).

At the competition of energy saving projects in March 2006. Keramoizol was awarded a diploma.

Let us once again list the advantages of the Keramoizol thermal insulation coating:

  1. High heat-saving properties.
  2. Ease of application and, as a consequence, low cost of work on installing thermal insulation.
  3. Possibility of application to surfaces of any geometric shape.
  4. Possibility of painting in any color.
  5. Anti-corrosion properties.
  6. When used in the reconstruction and repair of buildings: a) does not increase the load on load-bearing structures; b) does not change the geometry of the premises, since the thickness of the coating is measured in millimeters, not centimeters, as when using standard types of thermal insulation.
  7. Quite low price.
  8. Long service life.
  9. It is not subject to theft, since it cannot be used again after polymerization.
  10. Fireproof.
  11. If repairs are necessary, the damaged coating is easily restored.

Possibility of using " Keramoizola» as protection against the formation of condensation in rooms, it allows not only to eliminate freezing of walls, but also to permanently get rid of fungal formations and mold.

The ease and simplicity of working with the material, the possibility of applying it in the most inaccessible places, high heat-saving properties, along with waterproofing properties and, at the same time, the ability of the coating to “breathe”, allows “ Keramoizolu» take almost the leading place among the thermal insulation materials known in construction.
