The status of a cultural heritage site of regional significance provides the building of an apartment building on Bolshaya Ordynka with state protection. It is forbidden to demolish it, and the historical appearance of the building cannot be damaged either. Any repair or restoration work is carried out only under the control of the Moscow City Heritage and after agreement with it.
