When the burner was automatically ignited at the time of water withdrawal or at the moment when the temperature of the heating circuit dropped below the set temperature, the spark of the ignition electrode continued to crackle for some time, although the fire in the combustion chamber had already been lit. And such a characteristic crackle of a spark could last up to 5-8 seconds after the chamber fuse.

One could assume that there is some kind of sensor that is responsible for igniting the camera and that it is this sensor that does not give a signal to the system that everything is already on fire and there is no need to try to light the camera anymore... In principle, this is how it turned out, after reading in I found out on the Internet that there is a flame control sensor, with the help of which the system understands whether the chamber is lit or not, and if there is no flame, the system stops supplying gas. In my boiler, an ionized electrode, which is located in the combustion chamber, is responsible for this... And it turns out that precisely when the system cannot recognize whether there is a fire in the combustion chamber or not, the boiler begins to blow away the tower, and it begins to behave very unpredictably :) Maybe turn off the gas supply at any time or continue to stubbornly torment the electronic ignition.

They wrote so much about solving this problem on the Internet: that it is necessary to ground the boiler, otherwise the sensors will not work correctly, and that it is necessary to turn on the boiler through a voltage stabilizer, otherwise due to some noise in the network everything will work crookedly... My boiler was never grounded and there was never a voltage stabilizer, how could it work in such “harsh” conditions as Swiss Watches 2 whole years?!!! But there was one adequate person who said - I just cleaned the electrode with sandpaper and that’s it... I took it skeptically... But I thought, it’s not difficult for me to do this, I’ll try, maybe it really stops working due to carbon deposits... and what do you think when after After stripping the electrode, I assembled the boiler, everything worked! I was pleasantly surprised by the simplicity of solving the problem...

Now I every six months - after heating season and before it I clean the electrode from carbon deposits and I don’t know of any problems with the boiler. I missed cleaning it once in the spring and by winter the same problem appeared again. I disassembled, cleaned, reassembled and the boiler continued to work like a clock. In addition, at the same time I do preventive maintenance, in the form of cleaning from dust, which, in principle, should happen according to the work regulations of specialists who service gas equipment...
