So, we are invited to evaluate the next project of this variety. We are talking about a nice dwelling with an area of ​​35 m2, which stands on the base of a five-wheel trailer, as if on a foundation. Its creator is Canadian company Nelson Tiny Houses is headquartered in British Columbia.

The house deserves special praise for its layout: it has a cozy living room and two whole sleeping places, one on the mezzanine, the other on a slight elevation in the far part of the room, behind a separate door. Seth Reidy, an architect on the project's design team, gives a tour of this comfortable retreat. By the way, it is located somewhere in the mountains today and is already serving its owners faithfully.

The dimensions of the house are approximately 11.5 x 2.7 m. There is a wide terrace attached to it, which can be seen from the windows of the living room. The most functional part of the interior is the living room. All its components are capable of transformation: corner sofa easily turns into dining area with a folding bamboo table or even an extra bed. Directly above the living room there are mezzanines on which sleeping area.

And the bathroom in this house is truly luxurious! Just a huge window that offers views of the surroundings (and they can turn out to be very picturesque) is located above a large and deep bathtub. The splendor of this corner is emphasized by the iridescent mosaic tiles. The toilet is connected to a septic sewer. Another one sliding door leads to a secluded loft bedroom.

The steps that lead to this cozy place are equipped drawers. The bedroom, located above the fifth wheel of the trailer, is well lit thanks to the presence of two windows, and it also has a quite voluminous closet. Seth Reidy, who is over 192 cm tall, can stand up straight here.

An unusual feature of this house is the roof, which was installed separately. It allowed us to create additional storage space.

In terms of comfort and even in size, this van is superior to many city studio apartments, which are very expensive due to their location. Meanwhile, it guarantees freedom from noisy and nosy neighbors, as well as from minor troubles that often accompany living in an apartment building.

Of course, a scrupulous reader will object that you have to be a millionaire to buy a house for 150 or 200 thousand. I agree, but what do they drive then? ordinary Americans? Let's look at a few budget trailers.
Here, for example, is a bumper-type trailer, two-axle, 10 meters long. Despite the year of manufacture 2006, the house is completely new.

But there is still a table for dining, beds and a TV. The children's beds in the rear part of the cabin are folded down, and in their place a garage is created, and the rear wall is not a wall at all, but a ramp for the entry of equipment. And this is a view towards the trailer hitch. Traditional gas stove, sink, it's still double. The two black handles just behind the stove are the refrigerator.
