Terms
Buyer - individual, who has entered into an Agreement with the Seller on the terms and conditions contained in the Agreement.
Salesman - Individual entrepreneur Lobova Anastasia Borisovna - a company selling the Product presented on the website www.site
Online store– an Internet site owned by the Seller and having the Internet address www.site. It presents the Products offered by the Seller to its Buyers for placing Orders, as well as the terms of payment and delivery of these Orders to Buyers.
Offer- a public offer of the Seller addressed to any individual (citizen) to conclude a retail purchase and sale agreement with him (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) on the existing conditions contained in the Agreement.
Acceptance- full and unconditional acceptance by the Buyer of the terms of this Agreement.
Product- an object material world, not withdrawn from civil circulation and presented for sale on the website www.site
Order- a duly completed request from the Buyer for delivery to the specified address of the list of Products selected on the Site.
Delivery- Order delivery services.
Delivery service- a third-party company providing services for the delivery of Orders to Buyers.
1. General Provisions
1.1. In accordance with Article 437 of the Civil Code Russian Federation(Civil Code of the Russian Federation) this document is a public offer, and if the conditions set out below are accepted, the individual accepting this offer makes payment for the Seller’s Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. In accordance with paragraph 3 of Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, sending an Order from the Seller’s website or paying for the Goods by the Buyer constitutes acceptance of the offer, which is considered tantamount to concluding an Agreement on the terms set out in the offer.
1.2. The relations between the Buyer and the Seller are subject to the provisions of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation on retail purchase and sale, the Law “On the Protection of Consumer Rights” dated 02/07/1992 No. 2300-1, “Rules for the sale of goods by remote means”, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation dated 27 September 2007 No. 612, and other legal acts adopted in accordance with them.
1.3. The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Agreement unilaterally.
1.4. The Buyer agrees to the terms of this Agreement by clicking the “Confirm Order” button when placing an Order on the Site.
2. Subject of the Agreement
2.1. The Seller undertakes to transfer the Goods to the Buyer in accordance with the current price of the Goods published on the Seller’s Website, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for the Goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
2.2. This agreement governs the retail purchase and sale of Goods in the online store, including:
independent execution of an Order by the Buyer in the online store;
payment by the Buyer for the Order placed in the online store;
execution and transfer of the Order to the Buyer under the terms of this Agreement.
3. Order execution and deadlines
3.1. The Buyer's order can be placed in the following ways:
a) received by telephone through a Sales Department Specialist;
b) issued by the Buyer independently on the Site;
c) completed by a Specialist of the Seller’s sales department.
3.2. When placing an Order, the Buyer must provide the following information:
Full name of the Buyer or Recipient of the Order;
contact number;
delivery address of the Order;
form of payment for the Order;
at the request of the Seller, other information necessary to fulfill the obligations under this Agreement.
3.3. After placing an Order, the Buyer is provided with information about the expected shipment date. The specified date depends on the availability of the ordered Goods in the Seller’s warehouse and the time required to process the Order.
3.4. The expected shipment date is communicated to the Buyer by telephone or e-mail. The deadline for receiving the Order by the Buyer depends on the address and region
delivery, the operation of a specific Delivery Service, and do not directly depend on the Seller.
3.5. All information materials presented on the Site are for reference only and cannot fully convey reliable information about the properties and characteristics of the Product, including colors, sizes and shapes. If the Buyer has any questions regarding the properties and characteristics of the Product, the Buyer must contact the Seller before placing an Order.
3.6. If the ordered Products are not available from the Seller, including for reasons beyond the Seller’s control, the Seller has the right to cancel the specified Products from the Buyer’s Order and notify the Buyer about this by sending an email to the address specified during registration or by telephone.
3.7. In case of cancellation of a fully or partially prepaid Order, the cost of the canceled Product is returned by the Seller to the Buyer in the same way as the Product was originally prepaid.
3.8. The price indicated on the Site for Products that are temporarily unavailable for sale is not final. When the Product goes on sale, the price may change.
3.9. In case of cancellation of the Order by the Buyer, he has 1 day from the date of making the prepayment to notify the Seller about this by any in an accessible way: by email, phone or messenger. Otherwise, the Order may already be in production and, therefore, the Seller is not obligated to return the advance payment to the Buyer.
4. Delivery of the Goods
4.1. The delivery area is limited to the Russian Federation.
4.2. The risk of accidental loss or accidental damage to the Goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the Order is transferred directly to the Buyer or the person specified by him, or the Goods are delivered to the carrier chosen by the Buyer. The Seller is not responsible for the activities of the Delivery Service in the event of damage, loss or theft of the Goods during transportation, unless the delivery of the Goods was paid by the Buyer to the Seller’s bank account.
4.3. Methods of delivery of Goods are indicated on the Online Store Website.
4.4. The delivery cost of each Order is indicated on the Seller’s Website and is calculated individually, based on the region and delivery method, and sometimes the form of payment, and is indicated when placing an Order on the Website.
4.5. Upon delivery, the Order is handed over to the Buyer or another person indicated as the Recipient of the Order. If it is impossible to receive an Order placed for cash by the persons indicated above, the Order is handed over to a person who is ready to provide information about the Order (shipment number and/or full name of the Recipient), as well as pay the cost of the Order in full to the person delivering the Order.
4.6. In order to avoid cases of fraud, as well as to fulfill the obligations assumed in clause 5.6 of this Agreement, when delivering a prepaid Order, the person delivering the Order has the right to request an identification document of the Recipient, as well as indicate the type and number of the document provided by the Recipient on the receipt to To order. 4.7. When transferring the Order, the Buyer must check the appearance and packaging of the Order, the quantity of the Goods in the Order, completeness and assortment and sign a document confirming receipt of the Order. 5. Payment for the Goods
5.1. The price of the Product is indicated on the Site. 5.3. The Buyer undertakes to pay for the Goods in full.
5.4. Methods of payment for the Product:
in cash: at the Seller’s office or to the courier (only in Moscow);
bank transfer;
by using bank card;
using electronic money (Yandex.Money, WebMoney, etc.).
5.5. If the Buyer chooses to pay in cash when transferring the Goods, the Buyer transfers the money to the courier or at the Seller’s office. Payment is accepted in Russian rubles strictly in accordance with the price indicated in the electronic receipt.
5.6. If the Buyer chooses to pay by bank transfer, the Buyer has the right to pay for the Goods through Sberbank or any other bank that provides such a service. When transferring the Goods, the Seller may ask the Buyer to present a passport and payment receipt.
5.7. Payment by the Buyer for Goods using bank cards or using electronic money (Yandex.Money, WebMoney, etc.) is made by redirecting to the website of the electronic payment system. To transfer confidential information from the Buyer to the server, the SSL 3.0 protocol is used, which achieves maximum protection of the transmitted information. Further transfer of information is carried out through closed banking networks of the highest degree of security. Thus, the Buyer’s personal and banking data are not available to employees of the online store. The payment procedure is indicated on the Seller’s Website in the “Payment and Delivery” section.
5.8. Features of paying for Goods using bank cards:
5.8.1. In accordance with the regulation of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation “On the issue of bank cards and on transactions performed using payment cards” dated December 24, 2004 No. 266-P, transactions on bank cards are performed by the card holder or his authorized person.
5.8.2. Authorization of transactions on bank cards is carried out by the bank. If the Bank has reason to believe that the operation is fraudulent, the bank has the right to refuse to carry out this operation. Fraudulent transactions with bank cards fall under Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel the Order without giving a reason, including in case of failure to provide the specified documents (by fax or scanned form by email) within 14
(Fourteen) days from the date of placing the Order or if there is any doubt about their authenticity. The cost of the Order is returned to the card owner (Buyer).
5.9. When prepaying for Goods, the Order is accepted for processing only after it has been received Money Buyer to the Seller's bank account. In this case, the Goods for the Order are not reserved and the Seller cannot guarantee the availability of the Goods in the Seller’s warehouse indicated at the time of placing the Order; as a result, the processing time for the Order may increase.
5.10. The Seller has the right to provide the Buyer with discounts on the Product and establish a bonus program and conduct promotions. Types of discounts, bonuses, the procedure and conditions for their accrual, and the terms of the promotion can be changed by the Seller unilaterally.
5.11. To return funds credited to the Seller's current account by mistake through payment systems, the Buyer must contact the support service with a written application, attaching a copy of the passport and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous crediting. After receipt, the Seller makes a refund within up to 10 ( ten) working days from the date of receipt of the Application to the Buyer’s bank account, indicated last in his application. In this case, the Seller has the right to withhold part of the transfer amount as compensation for actual expenses incurred.
6. Return of Goods
6.1. Returns of Goods of proper quality are not carried out according to ed. If a defect is discovered at the time of delivery of the Goods, this will be recorded in the Acceptance Certificate or in the delivery note by the Buyer or his representative on site. Exchange or return of such goods is carried out at the expense of the Seller.
6.2.1. If there are visual defects on the packaging, the Seller will not be responsible for transport defects found on the Product after unpacking this Product by the Buyer. If these are detected upon acceptance of the Goods, it is necessary to make an appropriate entry in the Acceptance Certificate or in the delivery note, which will be provided by the Delivery Service.
