This program is designed to train workers involved in the operation, maintenance and repair of garage and mobile compressors and their air collectors (pressure vessels).

The program is compiled on the basis of the Device Rules and safe operation vessels operating under pressure PB 03-576-03, Passports S415M.00.00.000.PS, S416M.00.00.000.PS “Garage compressor model S415M, Garage compressor model S416M”, Passports “Pressure vessel with a capacity of 500 l " and the Passport for the "Pressure Vessel ZIF-55 Sb 05 PS" includes a thematic plan and theoretical training program, industrial training and is designed for 39 hours.

After completing training under this program, trainees pass a certification exam at the enterprise commission; the certification results are documented in a protocol signed by the chairman and members of the commission.

The administration of the enterprise issues certificates of the established form to persons who have completed training and passed the exam, indicating the names of the vessels to which these persons are allowed to service, signed by the chairman of the commission.

A worker servicing pressure vessels must subsequently undergo periodic check knowledge at least every 12 months.

Repairman 2-4th category should be able to:

Disassemble, repair, assemble and test simple equipment, units and machines,

Produce. repair of simple equipment, units and machines, as well as of medium complexity, under the guidance of a more highly qualified mechanic; perform metalworking of parts according to the 12th - 14th qualifications;

Carry out washing, cleaning, lubricating parts and removing the fill;

Perform work using pneumatic, electric tools and drilling machines; scrape parts using power tools;

Make simple tools for repair and assembly.

Perform disassembly, repair, assembly and testing of medium complexity, components and mechanisms of equipment, units and machines;

Perform metalworking of parts for qualified specialists;

Repair lined equipment and equipment made of protective materials and ferrosilicon;

Perform disassembly, repair and assembly of components and equipment in conditions of intense and dense fits.

Additionally for 6th category:

Repair, install, dismantle, test and adjust complex large-sized, unique, experimental and experimental equipment, units and machines;

Identify and eliminate defects during equipment operation and during inspection during repair;

Training of mechanics for the repair of technological installations is carried out in accordance with the Order of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation dated November 27, 2014 No. 944n “On approval professional standard“Fitter of technological installations”, “List of professions of workers, positions of employees for which vocational training is carried out”, approved by Order of the Ministry of Education No. 513 of 07/02/2013, the requirements of the Unified Tariff and Qualification Directory of Works and Professions of Workers, All-Russian Classifier of Professions of Workers, Positions employees and tariff categories.

Technological installations are a production complex of structures and equipment located in a building or on a separate site of an enterprise and intended for the implementation of a technological process.

The profession of a mechanic in the repair of technological installations requires the following skills: disassembly, repair, assembly and testing of components and mechanisms of machines, apparatus, pipelines, fittings of varying complexity; repair of installations, units and machines of varying complexity; metalworking of parts according to qualifications; washing, cleaning and lubricating parts; marking and drilling holes on flanges; straightening, filing and thread cutting on pipes; manufacturing simple devices for assembly and installation of equipment being repaired, etc.

A mechanic for repairing technological installations must know: the design, purpose and principle of operation of individual devices and components of the equipment being repaired; operating conditions of the equipment being serviced; basic locksmith techniques; general rules welding and soldering; rules for testing small diameter pipelines; basic concepts about tolerances and fits, qualifications, classes of accuracy and purity of processing; purpose and rules for using devices and tools; pipe marking techniques; drawing elements; rules for the use of oils, detergents and lubricants, etc.

To perform work, a mechanic for the repair of technological installations must undergo professional training, no more than once a year and no less than once every 5 years, take short-term training courses of at least 72 hours in order to acquire new knowledge and skills and increase their rank, have a medical record with no contraindications. It is important that persons under 18 years of age are not allowed to work as a mechanic repairing technological installations.
