Card tricks without preparation. A very cool and simple card trick “If I weren’t a magician.” Tricks for beginners training with cards

Learning card tricks this is knowledge of the secret of focus and training before a real performance. You can practice doing magic tricks in front of a mirror. Bring your show to the audience to the point of automation. Then you can perform a card trick in any setting. Practice doing some simple tricks with cards that even children can make.

How to guess one card out of five

To show the trick you will need:

  • deck of cards
  • table.

Announce to your viewers that you read minds and can easily guess the card intended by the audience from your magic deck. Call four people (assistants) from the hall, seat them at the table and deal them cards (5 to each).

Ask everyone to make a wish on one of the cards in their hands. Now collect all the cards (one at a time, in a circle), arrange them into five piles. During this procedure, say some magic words.

Invite your assistants to choose the stack of cards they like and hand it to you. Fan out the cards and face the picture towards the audience. Ask the assistants which of them noticed their card. As soon as someone answers, you will immediately pull out the hidden card. If the selected stack does not have the desired card, take another stack. She must also be chosen by assistants.

The most interesting thing is that in any case you guess the right card, even if there are several hidden cards in the stack.

Learn this card trick.

In this room, only you know the secret of the trick. The whole point is that you take “five cards” clockwise: first from the first assistant to your left, then further in a circle. At this time, you hold the cards face down, the last one will be your stack of cards, it will also be on top of the pack. After this, you will again arrange the cards, five in each pile.

In each pile, the cards will be in the order in which you collected them from those sitting at the table. For example, if the fourth assistant sees his card, this means that his card is the fourth from the top of the pile; if the first one, therefore the card is the first one. Your task is to collect the cards so that the audience does not guess about a certain order of “collecting cards”.

That's what red herring is for - the magic words. You can come up with something else to distract the audience. For example, have them count down from 20 to 0.

Another trick with cards called Four Aces.

For the focus you will need:

  • Deck of cards

Announce to your viewers that you know one secret of card trick - attracting aces. It was given to you by one famous card player, the same one who is mentioned in “The Queen of Spades” by A.S. Pushkin, Count Saint-Germain (this can be said if you have adults among your audience).

You will be able to pull out four aces without digging through the deck of cards. Call anyone from the hall, let him name any number between 10 and 20. Now take the same number of cards from the deck and set them aside in a separate pile. Add the digits of this number together (for example, 12 = 1+2) and remove the same number of cards from the top of the stack. Now you can put them back in place.

Place the very first card on top in another place face down, and return all other cards to their place. Again ask the audience to name any number from ten to twenty and do the same operation as at the beginning of the trick. This whole procedure must be repeated 4 times so that you have 4 cards set aside. Now you say the magic words: “Crible-crable-booms”, fan out the cards with the pictures facing you, wave them and turn the pattern towards the audience. You have four aces in your hands.

Learning to perform this trick.

  • Place the aces in advance on the 9th, 10th, 11th and 12th places at the top of the deck, then everything will go by itself.
  • The main thing is not to let the cards shuffle at the beginning of the trick.

So, no training is needed - the trick will work itself. You will need: a deck of cards, a table.

With a deft movement, pull out the deck, unfold and fan it in front of the audience. Then select 10 cards from the top. Put the rest somewhere aside. Lay out the cards in front of the audience: the first one on top - face up, the second one on top - at the bottom of the stack (do not turn the card over), then again one - face up, the second - at the bottom of the stack, until all 10 cards from the pile are in yours hands and will not end up on the table.

All movements must be done quickly and clearly, without hesitation. In a moment, a row of red and black cards will appear on the table in front of your spectators.

Cards are the magician's sacred props. Why are cards so beloved by illusionists? Firstly, there are a huge number of card tricks. Their variations are countless, you can constantly come up with new tricks. Secondly, with cards you can not only show tricks, but also make beautiful manipulations.

Thirdly, the cards are very compact, which allows you to simply put them in your pocket and carry hundreds of tricks with you. Finally, cards have already become a kind of fetish for magicians. It’s nice to shuffle them, sort them out, twist them, they develop perfectly fine motor skills, calm the nerves, attract attention. There's only one problem... Magicians love cards too much.

However, among all the variety of card tricks, there are boring ones (such as “pick a card - I’ll find it”), long and obscure, where you need to lay out something, count, rearrange, and lay out again. And there are bright, spectacular tricks that instantly blow the roof off! Just imagine: the card chosen by the viewer passes through the glass, breaks and is restored, ends up on the ceiling, behind the glass of an aquarium, flies, disappears or turns into another object.

Many viewers don’t even realize how effective and original card tricks can be. Sometimes you hear from viewers “I don’t like card tricks,” after which, asking them to watch just one trick, the idea of card tricks radically changes.

Our task is to teach tricks that would blow your mind, break stereotypes about cards and make you believe in miracles. The audience should squeal with delight and beg you to show something else!

Oddly enough, the Pareto principle also works in card magic: eighty percent of all card tricks are done with twenty percent of existing techniques. These techniques can be called basic, and they are the ones you need to master if you want to learn the best magic tricks in the world.

TRAINING PROGRAM

The card course is designed for three classes (with an interval of at least two weeks between classes).

THE FIRST LESSON is devoted to learning basic techniques for working with cards:

  • various ways to control the card chosen by the viewer;
  • basic sleights (techniques) used in tricks;
  • fake shuffles and cut-ins;
  • elements of decorative manipulation (trimmings, fans, card ribbons, throws, etc.);
  • imposing the choice of the desired card (forcing);
  • several tricks to practice basic techniques.

It will take from several months to a year to master basic techniques. Therefore, you should not delude yourself and expect quick success. According to statistics, some students lose interest in magic tricks after the card course, when faced with difficulties and the need for rehearsals. However, those who master this material open the door to the world of card magic.

SECOND LESSON is devoted to studying legendary tricks based on basic techniques. These are tricks from David Blaine’s sensational videos, as well as other tricks, after which viewers often utter the phrases: “I’ll never play with him again,” “they probably won’t let you into the casino,” “this can’t be true, show me more.” once".

In any company, it will be enough to simply ask for a deck of cards or take out your own to immediately find yourself in the center of attention, if not become the hero of the party. And this is not surprising, because you will be able to change the color of cards, make the entire deck disappear in front of the spectators’ noses, change cards in a second without even touching them, manipulate with completely rolled up sleeves in a way that spectators have only seen in the movies. You will be able to clearly demonstrate the principle set out in the legendary film about magicians “Now You See Me”:

“The more closely you look, the less you see.”

THIRD LESSON is devoted to the use of props when working with cards. Only after learning how to handle a regular deck well can you afford to use special ones. By combining classic card techniques and secret props, you can confidently reach new level mastery, without being afraid of questions: “Let me see your cards?”

In addition, the third lesson covers additional techniques working with cards (palming, false counting, color changes, control methods, cheating techniques, etc.), as well as issues of managing the attention of spectators. These secrets cannot be found on the Internet and are too well hidden in books.

IMPORTANT! It is strictly not recommended to use the acquired knowledge in gambling, even though some techniques will be tempting to do so. Cheating is a different direction, in which completely different emphasis is placed. If in tricks everything is aimed at external effect, then cheating techniques are focused on invisibility and very specific goals. Sharpies have a different set of skills and techniques (including psychological ones) than magicians.

Using magic techniques in a cheating game will inevitably lead to unpleasant consequences, for which we cannot be held responsible, but we consider it our duty to prevent and eliminate these situations. All magicians adhere to the rule: as a matter of principle, do not gamble. This ethical position eliminates any misunderstandings associated with games. And a situation in which a magician wins at cards (playing fairly) will hardly be above suspicion, and at best will cause a smile.

The card tricks training program can be changed or supplemented, and the number of classes increased if necessary. One lesson lasts an hour, the cost is 10,000 rubles.

With this standard deck of cards, recognized throughout the world, you can perform both simple and complex card tricks.

It so happened that at any age, regardless of whether it is a student party or an office corporate event, a person who can perform at least one trick with cards will always become the highlight of the program. All viewers understand that they have been deceived somewhere, but hardly anyone can prove it, much less show how this happens. Therefore, you should not immediately reveal your secrets of tricks with cards, because the longer the audience remains in the dark, the more attention the lucky fakir will get. And the girls will be happy to give the hero their kiss in exchange for revealing the secret of mysterious manipulations.

Easy trick - four aces

The simplest trick with cards is to ask the spectator to divide the deck into four random piles, after which he shuffles them, and at the end he discovers that there is an ace at the top of each pile. There is no limit to surprise and perplexity. After all, a voluntary participant in the show knows that he himself divided the deck, shuffled it himself, took out the cards himself, and therefore what happened can only be explained by mysticism. Although there is nothing simpler than that the person who has volunteered to help will do everything himself necessary work, precisely following the instructions of the home-grown magician. To perform easy tricks with cards, no training is required; it is enough to look confident and know a few secrets.

Preparation and execution

So, to successfully perform this number you need a deck of cards, a table and a volunteer assistant, and, of course, precise instructions. To begin, place all four aces at the top of the deck. Naturally, neither the guest nor the assistant should see this. Having asked the spectator (or assistant) to divide the deck into four parts, you need to note for yourself where the stack of aces lies. Usually it is on the far left or right.

After this, you need your assistant to remove the top three cards from the pile without aces and put them on the base, and then lay out three more on adjacent decks. The same needs to be done with the remaining packs (without the 4 pictures we need). At the end it will be the turn of the decks with aces. The assistant will move the top three cards that got into this pile from the neighboring ones to the base, and put the freed aces in their places on top of the decks. Now you can ask one of the guests, or, again, an assistant, to turn over the cards on top, and the entire audience with bated breath will see with delight that these are indeed four aces.

Self-Ordering Deck - Another Easy Math Trick

You can perform this trick with cards either yourself, or again entrust the deck to one of the spectators and only guide his actions. But let’s imagine that a corporate magician decided to do everything himself. Then the deck must be prepared in advance. All cards must be arranged by suit into four sets. The first will be an ace, then two, three, four and so on until the king. By stacking all the packs on top of each other, you can show the deck to guests.

Having counted exactly 21 cards, so as not to disrupt the sequence of their arrangement (of course, no one should notice that they were divided into a count), the top packet must be placed at the bottom of the entire deck. Now you need to split the deck 9 times anywhere. Again, you can do this yourself, or you can invite one of the guests. After these manipulations, it is necessary to arrange the pack into thirteen piles, one after the other. That's it, the trick is ready! Now you can invite spectators to make sure that the entire deck is packaged according to value: aces, twos, threes, and so on.

I won! Pay with a kiss

The point of the whole trick is that a man makes a kiss bet that he will guess the card chosen by his companion. This trick with cards is not only simple, but also very easy to perform. It is enough to divide the deck into two parts, ask the girl to put the selected card on the bottom pile and see which card will be at the base of the top one. After this, you can calmly trim the deck several times and begin removing and turning over the cards one at a time. As soon as the card that was spied appears, you can announce that the next one will be the hidden one... and tear a kiss from the lips of the surprised beauty.

Tricks with cards and their secrets, of course, continue to attract all lovers of card magic. That's why I pay a lot of attention to this eternally popular topic - tricks with cards and their secrets, respectively.

In this short post I will give a short description of the trick and, of course, I have made videos on how it is performed. So get ready to add another trick to your collection.

So, what is the essence of the trick?

You show the viewer four Aces and casually turn them over and place them face down on the deck. This is how the trick begins.

Now chat a little with the spectator and place these aces on the table separately from each other. In general, you end up with 4 Aces on the table, lying separately from each other.

Now you move your hands over the aces or snap your fingers and offer to open each of the piles.

Tadaaaaaam!!!

You turn over the first one and reveal all the cards, but there is no ace!

Hmm..."What the hell is this?" - you think and turn over the next pile, but there is not a single Ace there either. The same pattern repeats when you turn over the third stack.

“Well, that’s not surprising!” - you declare - “Since all our aces have already gathered into one fourth pile!”

Here you turn over the fourth pile and it turns out that all 4 Aces are indeed already there.

The Secret of Focus

Well, the secret of the card trick is certainly not that complicated. It's all about a skillfully done break just before the start of the trick.

Namely, you take 3 “left” cards for a break and put Aces on them. After that, you take 7 cards (4 aces + 3 left) and show the aces by turning them over. When three were turned over, only one Ace remained, and under it were three left cards.

This is where you throw all these cards on top of the deck and it turns out that the top card is an Ace, then 3 left ones, and then again 3 aces. And having scattered them on the table, you thereby scatter one Ace and three left cards, and the spectator thinks that you are scattering all 4 Aces.
