  1. First, prepare all the ingredients: cut the chicken and mushrooms into equal cubes, chop the onion very finely.
  2. Heat the frying pan over high heat and pour vegetable oil into it, and as soon as it is hot, pour the chicken into it, fry it, stirring for 7 minutes, and mix with the onion.
  3. Fry the chicken and onion slices for a couple of minutes until the vegetable is transparent and combine with the mushrooms.
  4. Mushrooms need to be fried, stirring, for 5-7 minutes. First, we wait for the moisture to evaporate, and then fry all the ingredients until the mushroom slices acquire a beautiful bronze-golden “tan.”

  4. Mix the cream with starch and a pinch of salt, then bring it in a saucepan over low heat until hot and thickened. The consistency of the sauce should not be very thick, but not watery either.
  5. As soon as the filling has cooled slightly, stuff all the shells with it and place the pasta in a greased fireproof dish, then pour in the creamy sauce.
  6. Place the pan in an oven preheated to 190-200°C and bake the dish for 15 minutes.

As soon as the mushrooms have evaporated the moisture and browned, add finely chopped onions to them.

When the onion becomes soft and begins to become translucent, add chicken fillet, cut into small cubes, into the pan.
