  2. With sour cream. You need to use fatty sour cream, otherwise it will release the whey and the cream will not work. It is advisable to boil the condensed milk. Starting to beat the sour cream (500-gram package), add boiled condensed milk one spoon at a time. This cream is a bit runny and is suitable for lovers of “wet” soaked biscuits.
  3. With cream. Half a liter of cream, fat percentage from 33, and a can of condensed milk. Beat the chilled cream with a mixer into a foam until it significantly increases in volume and turns into a porous mass. Add boiled condensed milk in parts, stirring it into the cream with a spoon.
  4. With cottage cheese. Pass cottage cheese (200 gram pack) through a sieve, stir in condensed milk with a whisk, mixer or blender.
  5. Cake made from ready-made sponge cakes

    How to make a cake from ready-made sponge cakes? It couldn't be easier!

    Let's go to the store and buy:

    - ready-made sponge cakes
    - a pack of butter (regular 180 grams)
    - a can of condensed milk
    - fruits of your choice (in our case there will be banana, orange and kiwi)

    The oil should be warmed to room temperature. Just leave it in the kitchen until it becomes soft.

    Place about two-thirds of a stick of butter in a deep bowl, add condensed milk and mix everything thoroughly until smooth. The cream is ready!

    Let's start assembling the cake itself.

    Place the cake on a plate and generously grease it with cream. Place fruit on top of the cream. Try to distribute the fruit in an even layer.

    Take the next cake layer, cover the previous layer with it and repeat all the steps performed with the previous cake layer. Usually there are three ready-made cake layers in a pack. This is enough to make a normal sized cake.

    The resulting cake can be decorated with grated chocolate, nuts or, for example, berries. Or you don’t have to decorate it – it will still be delicious!

    The finished cake should be refrigerated for 2-4 hours so that the cakes are thoroughly soaked in cream. Then the cake will become very juicy and tender.

    The sponge cake is ready!
