Acceptance of documents to universities begins

What is “Consent to Enrollment” in the new procedure for admission to universities?
The most important change in the procedure for enrolling in universities since 2017 can be called the introduction of a new document called “Consent for Enrollment”. It is submitted by the applicant to the admissions committee of the educational institution no later than 2 days before the release of the university’s order on enrollment with the obligatory indication of only one specialty. Admission to the master's program always takes place on a competitive basis.
